Trystian's Angry Bird-day

Trystian is another year older!  He wanted an Angry Bird birthday party... so I made up the invites and sent them out, and his party was a success!

I made a sheet cake and laid out one of the Angry Bird games I had bought on top as the decorations.

Trystian had a handful of friends over and we enjoyed both inside and outside games.  The first game was a traditional music freeze game.  The next game was a balloon stomp where each child had a green (pig) balloon tied to their leg and their job as the angry birds was to pop the other childrens balloons.  The last game was an egg hunt!  It was the week before Easter and so finding the eggs in the store was a breeze, and well the whole point of the Angry Bird game is to get their eggs back right? So I thought it fit quite well as a game!

After games and structured time of food and cake eating and present opening time, all the boys went outside to play tag and jump on the trampoline.

I think the party was a success!  Trystian had a great time!
